Job Description
A Social Care Worker at 3 Trees Care & Support works both independently and collaboratively with individuals aged 18-65, primarily in 24-hour services within their own homes. The role involves:
- Empowering individuals to complete daily routines
- Maximizing confidence in learning new skills
- Enabling individuals to make their own choices
- Providing personal care and support with domestic tasks
- Promoting independence and positive outcomes
Skills and Qualifications
- Passion for helping others
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm and commitment
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
- Adaptability and flexibility in working practices
- Full U.K. driving license and access to a vehicle, or a desire to drive

Compensation
- Salary: £10.63 – £12.97 per hour
Work Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Permanent part-time hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Flexible shifts: 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts
- Day, night, and weekend availability
- Overtime opportunities
