Requirements

• Full UK driver’s license with access to a vehicle and Class 1 insurance, or equivalent from the country of origin with an international driving permit
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a healthcare setting
• A Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care is beneficial
• Experience with autism, learning disabilities, and dementia is preferred
• Empathetic, compassionate, and flexible

About the Role

Care 2 U Ltd is seeking dedicated Social Care Workers to join their team. The role involves providing essential support to adults in the community, including personal care, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and social outings. Candidates must be flexible to work on a rota basis, covering mornings, evenings, and weekends. The position is critical in ensuring that high-quality care is consistently delivered, making a tangible difference in the lives of those supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, and bathing
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
• Supporting mobility and transportation
• Escorting and assisting during social outings
• Working with adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health issues
• Maintaining flexibility to cover various shifts, including weekends and evenings
