Requirements

  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent professional qualification
  • Post‑qualification training related to Care Act 2014 and outcomes‑focused assessment
  • At least 2 years’ experience post-qualification in mental health or social care
  • Skilled in delivering recovery‑focused care plans
  • Confident working within multi‑disciplinary teams and liaising with external partners
  • Strong understanding of personal budgets and safeguarding
  • Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) or Best Interests Assessor training is a plus

Salary Details

You’ll earn between £40,617 and £48,778 depending on your experience, with an added £3,500 Golden Hello payment if you’re new to the Trust.
