About the Role:

The Practice Transformation and Improvement Lead will play a crucial role in enhancing safeguarding practices within Devon County Council. This role involves providing expert advice, analyzing safeguarding data, and developing improvement plans. The successful candidate will lead complex safeguarding cases, support the design and delivery of training programmes, and collaborate with various agencies to promote best practices. A key focus will be ensuring that safeguarding is a top priority within the organization and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires someone with a deep understanding of relevant legislation and the ability to drive and manage change effectively.
