Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related subject
• 3+ years of IT experience including 2+ years in SAP testing and 2+ years in SAP development
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or HCM
• Programming knowledge in ABAP, SAPUI5, Python, or Java
• Hands-on experience with testing tools such as SAP Test Workbench or HP ALM
• Familiarity with automation tools like Worksoft Certify or Selenium
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to drive problem solving and collaboration
• Desire to continue professional development through learning and certifications

About the Role

As a Software Analyst, you’ll split your time between testing and development to ensure SAP systems deliver dependable results for the business. On the testing side, you’ll design and run functional, regression, and integration tests to guarantee performance and reliability. You’ll also create automated scripts to save time and enhance accuracy.

On the development side, you’ll design SAP customisations, debug code, and contribute to system upgrades. Each task you take on directly influences how smoothly business processes run, meaning your work has a real and measurable impact. Working alongside developers, analysts, and stakeholders, you’ll help deliver high-quality SAP solutions that meet business objectives and drive lasting improvements.
