Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in computer science or software development
  • Hands-on expertise in .NET stack including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server
  • Strong grasp of frontend skills including JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, XML
  • Solid problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise apps
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple software projects and hit deadlines
  • Curiosity to explore new technologies and apply them to NHS systems

Salary Details

This Band 6 post offers a competitive NHS Agenda for Change salary between £37,338 and £44,962, with annual increments and NHS pension benefits included.

About the Role

This isn’t your average developer job. As a Software Developer, you’ll lead the delivery of bespoke, high-performing clinical applications used across one of the largest Trusts in the UK. Every line of code you write will feed directly into how doctors, nurses and staff work more effectively. Key Responsibilities
