Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification or higher in Business Analysis or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in software or low-code development
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Solid communication skills – able to translate technical details into plain English
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Bonus if they’ve worked in a hospital or clinical setting before
  • Comfortable with data modelling or managing software documentation

Salary Details

£37,338 to £44,962 per year, depending on experience.

Under the guidance of their Software Development Manager, this role’s got you at the crossroads between tech and people. You’ll bridge the gap between the big picture business goals and the nuts-and-bolts of development work. That means sitting in on idea sessions, digging into what users really need, sketching out mockups with the eForms team, and helping devs stay aligned with business impact. It’s hands-on, detail-focused, and packed with purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to shape software requirements
  • Support the eForms team with mockups, feedback sessions, and requirement gathering
