About the Role

You’ll be joining the Viator Experiences Engineering team, a group distributed across Europe that’s responsible for everything from viator.com to their mobile apps. This is a backend focused full stack position, meaning you’ll spend most of your time on backend systems with the occasional front end project. Don’t worry if you’re not a front end expert; they’re happy to teach you on the job.

You’ll get to work with a modern tech stack that includes Java, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Kubernetes, and various databases, all running on AWS. The key here isn’t knowing everything already, but being eager to learn. You’ll work closely with product managers and designers, seeing projects through from the initial idea to deployment.
