Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Solid background in software engineering with strong coding and architectural skills
• Proficiency in Java, Python, AWS, Spark, or Databricks
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, web standards, and scalable systems
• Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating across teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Curiosity and drive to learn fast and build meaningful solutions
• Bonus: Familiarity with Linux, shell scripting, and financial data systems

About the Role

As a Software Engineer in the Framework Integration and Tooling Team, you’ll design and build the backbone that drives Addepar’s portfolio analytics and reporting systems. Your work will power insights across billions in global assets, helping clients make faster, smarter investment decisions.

You’ll build frameworks for ingesting complex financial data from hundreds of global sources, write well-tested and scalable code, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to ship solutions that make a difference. Every line of code you write will contribute to improving transparency and trust in financial data.

• Develop scalable frameworks for data ingestion that fuel accurate analytics and reporting
• Design and review architecture decisions to support robust, maintainable systems
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features
