About the Role
As a Specialist Nurse, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the health care of looked-after children and young people, aged 0-17, within the Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust. You will work directly with children, families, and carers to improve health outcomes and address health inequalities. The role requires a blend of direct interaction and strategic oversight to ensure the best care for some of the city’s most vulnerable children.
