Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Previous experience in palliative care or a similar specialty

Salary Details:
The salary for this position is between £37,338 and £44,962 per year, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will also have access to incremental pay rises and benefits as part of the NHS.
About the Role:
The Specialist Palliative Care Nurse plays an essential role in delivering expert care and support to patients with palliative care needs. The role involves assessing, triaging, and coordinating care for patients across various settings, including hospitals and homes. In addition to managing clinical duties, the nurse will provide advice and guidance to other healthcare professionals and the families of patients. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and be a part of a collaborative and supportive team within the Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust.
