Job Details
This role involves delivering specialist mental health support to older adults in the community. The successful candidate will fulfill statutory social work duties, including Care Act Needs Assessments and Mental Capacity Act assessments. The role requires collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a strengths-based and rights-focused approach to care.
