About the Role

The role focuses on delivering speech and language therapy across schools on the Fylde Coast, supporting children with speech, language and communication needs as well as those with special educational needs. You’ll be part of a supportive team that works directly with children and through families, teachers, and multi-disciplinary staff to help every child reach their full potential.

You’ll also have the option to grow your expertise in Autism diagnostic assessments, working as part of panels that influence care pathways. Your work will be varied: one-to-one sessions, small groups, training teachers, and shaping school-wide best practice. With independence over your caseload, you’ll make a real difference while being backed by a close-knit, mission-driven organisation.
