Requirements
- Two years of experience in mental health services or social care
- Strong knowledge of legislation such as the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act
- Ability to use basic IT programmes like Word
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
- Strong documentation skills and ability to present information clearly
- Proven ability to solve problems and gather information effectively
