  • Two years of experience in mental health services or social care
  • Strong knowledge of legislation such as the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act
  • Ability to use basic IT programmes like Word
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to present information clearly
