Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and readiness to keep developing
• Three years of experience working with people facing mental health difficulties
• Ability to listen closely and communicate with ease
• Confidence working without supervision in different settings
• Positive approach to forming therapeutic relationships
• Creative mindset to help service users move toward goals

Salary Details

The salary sits within NHS Band 4 and is normally offered at the lower end unless previous experience in a similar NHS role can be shown.
