About the Role
Homeease Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated support workers to assist clients with complex care needs. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to individuals, ensuring their well-being and independence.
This position requires a valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle. Preference will be given to candidates already living in the area, as relocation support is not provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to clients with a variety of needs
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and mobility support
- Promote independence and enhance the quality of life for clients
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to the appropriate team
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Own car for work purposes
- Right to work in the UK
