Your Role
As a Support Worker on their team, you’ll play a pivotal role in residents’ journey to recovery. Your compassionate and patient nature will provide essential support as they regain their confidence and independence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Offering innovative care with a flexible learning approach for all individuals
- Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learning about individuals’ specific needs & providing help in the most appropriate way
- Learning about behavior management
- Assisting with medical & welfare needs
- Reporting on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguarding
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment for all
Shift Patterns
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Hours: 42 hours per week, a mixture of days, nights, and weekends.
- Day Shift: 8:00am – 8:00pm
- Night Shift: 7:30pm – 8:30am
