Requirements
- Experience in care, mental health, or learning disabilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence staying calm in challenging moments
- Ability to work solo and also gel with a team
- Good grasp of health and safety standards
- Comfort with basic record keeping and routine documentation
- GCSEs or equivalent qualification
- Good command of the English language
- Driving licence is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
Salary Details
You’ll earn between £12.50 and £13.50 an hour, depending on experience. You’ll typically work 20 to 35 hours per week, with shifts available across days, nights, and weekends.
