Protective Care Group is seeking compassionate and resilient Support Workers to join their team in Scunthorpe, England. This role involves providing bespoke care to young people with complex needs who are often deemed too extreme for standard care formats. The Support Worker will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and mentoring young individuals, ensuring their safety, and fostering a homely environment where they can thrive despite their challenging behaviors.

Skills and Qualifications
- Playful, accepting, curious, and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to confidently de-escalate challenging behaviors
- Full UK manual driving license
- Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility, including the ability to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- Physical and mental stamina to meet the demands of the role
Compensation
- Competitive basic salary of £32,000 plus additional uplifts for shifts and sleeping nights
