Surrey County Council is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join their team at Mallow Crescent in Guildford. With a starting salary of £26,777 per annum for a 36-hour work week, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to positively impact the lives of adults with learning disabilities. Unfortunately, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

Support Workers at Mallow Crescent will assist residents with daily living tasks, personal care, and community engagement. This role is integral to promoting independence and improving quality of life. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities to achieve positive outcomes and promote independence.
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as cooking, personal care, and community engagement.
  • Coordinating activities and care plans with colleagues.
  • Engaging in planning, implementation, and delivery of care plans.
  • Collaborating with other agencies and ensuring all training requirements are met.
