Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong understanding of mental health, substance use, housing, or justice systems
- Comfortable supporting people affected by trauma and complex needs
- Flexible, resilient, and confident working in the community
- Previous experience as a senior HCSW or support worker in a relevant setting
- Bonus if you can speak Welsh, but not required

Key Responsibilities
