Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with mobility and physical exercises
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Help with medication administration under supervision of registered nurses
- Assist with feeding for clients who require help
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Provide emotional and social support to clients and their families
- Report any changes in client condition to nursing staff or doctors
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and infection control procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development programmes
