Requirements
- Strong grasp of Maths and Computer Science at Key Stage 3 or Foundation GCSE level
- Good communicator with a knack for breaking complex ideas into simple terms
- Team player who can also take initiative when needed
- Committed to safeguarding and student wellbeing
- Experience with EAL or SEND learners is a plus
- Background in a school, college, or tuition setting is desirable
- Familiarity with UK exam boards like AQA or Edexcel is useful
- Degree or qualification in Maths, Computer Science, Education, or related field preferred
- QTS or PGCE is a bonus, not a must
Salary Details
£25,500 per year with full-time hours
Monday to Friday with some weekend availability

Key Responsibilities
- Help plan and deliver engaging lessons in Foundation Maths and Computer Science that match students’ skill levels
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to help learners gain confidence and stay on track
- Adapt teaching styles for students with EAL or other additional needs
- Monitor progress and offer feedback to lead teachers and academic teams
- Build a safe, inclusive learning environment where students feel seen and supported
- Contribute to lesson planning, staff collaboration, and ongoing professional development
- Support students’ academic and personal growth
