Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar technical support or IT security role
• Familiarity with standard IT security concepts, practices, and procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven time management and troubleshooting abilities
• Highly organised, result-oriented, and able to work independently
• Team player with integrity, accountability, and respect for others

Desirable

• Two-year degree or higher in a related field
• Understanding of firewall and email protocols

About the Role

As a Tech Support professional at KnowBe4, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking help with product issues or technical challenges. Your role goes beyond fixing problems — you’ll play a key part in shaping user experience and product improvement.

You’ll handle customer queries, manage support tickets, and provide hands-on troubleshooting. Working closely with the Customer Success and Product teams, you’ll ensure users get timely, effective solutions while contributing valuable insights that drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and configuration of KnowBe4 products to meet client needs.
• Provide first-line technical support, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback for ongoing product enhancement.
• Conduct technical walkthroughs and webinars to educate users.
• Manage support queues, keeping response times short and communication clear.
• Document troubleshooting steps and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Help clients build trust in cybersecurity solutions that safeguard their organisations.
