Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar technical support or IT security role
  • Familiarity with standard IT security concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven time management and troubleshooting abilities

About the Role

As a Tech Support professional at KnowBe4, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking help with product issues or technical challenges. Your role goes beyond fixing problems — you’ll play a key part in shaping user experience and product improvement.

You’ll handle customer queries, manage support tickets, and provide hands-on troubleshooting. Working closely with the Customer Success and Product teams, you’ll ensure users get timely, effective solutions while contributing valuable insights that drive innovation.
