About the Role

This Technician 3 contract role is all about supporting a smooth device refresh project. You’ll be based in Bury St Edmunds, working directly with engineers and managers to keep operations moving. The role involves setting up and supporting a Refresh Clinic, updating systems accurately, and keeping stock secure. Every task matters because it ensures devices are ready for use, projects stay on schedule, and teams remain supported. It’s a role where attention to detail and teamwork come together to deliver real impact in a short space of time.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the Refresh Clinic so devices are ready when needed
• Move IT equipment safely and as directed to keep workflows smooth
• Log into systems and update workflows to track progress accurately
• Refresh laptops and ensure updates meet project requirements
• Report daily stock check findings to engineers and managers to maintain accuracy
• Secure devices at the end of each day so everything remains in order
