Requirements

  • GCSEs including English or equivalent qualification
  • Basic experience supporting or caring for others in any setting
  • Confident working with young people, families, and clinical teams
  • Comfortable using basic admin tools and managing resources

  • Previous experience in therapy or care environments is a plus

You’ll earn between 30,039 and 31,088 per year, with access to NHS benefits and training.

About the Role

This is one of those immediate start jobs UK that really gives back. As a Therapy Support Worker, you’ll help young patients thrive—supporting speech, movement, diet, and development across inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, schools, and even home settings. It’s hands-on and heart-led.

At least half of your role will involve physiotherapy, with opportunities to work in hydrotherapy and child development. You’ll work under the guidance of therapists and contribute to a supportive work environment where no day looks the same. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist qualified therapists in delivering therapy sessions
