Requirements
- Full UK Class C1 driving licence, with no more than 3 penalty points
- Clean record with no history of driving under the influence
- A Level 2 or 3 diploma or 5 GCSEs including English and Maths
- Calm under pressure and confident handling medical equipment
- Good communication skills and a real sense of teamwork
- Willingness to work shifts and face challenging environments
- Comfortable using smartphones, iPads, and digital systems
- Must show strong motivation for becoming an EMT in application

This role is offered on Agenda for Change Band 4, with a starting salary between 26,928 and 29,551 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls across Wales as part of a frontline crew
- Support patients in distress, trauma, or life-threatening situations
- Deliver safe care within scope while learning advanced skills
- Assist paramedics with clinical care and transport
- Document interventions clearly and accurately for patient records
- Stay professional and calm in hostile or sensitive environments
- Maintain readiness of vehicle and medical equipment at all times
