About the Role
This ten week internship gives you a close look at how a Treasury function works day to day. You’ll join the Treasury Markets team and see how they manage liquidity and support decisions that shape the bank’s balance sheet. You’ll work on real problems, learn from experienced people and get a feel for how global teams collaborate.
You’ll join training sessions, technical classes and community projects that help you grow confidence and build technical skills. If you’ve wondered how markets move or how liquidity decisions affect long term strategy, this programme lets you explore that. Many interns return as graduates so this could be the start of something bigger.
Key Responsibilities
- Support analysis tasks which helps the team make informed liquidity decisions
- Contribute to projects that improve balance sheet management and deepen your understanding of risk
- Assist with research that shapes how the region plans its Treasury strategy
