Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Machine Learning, or its foreign equivalent.
• Seven (7) years of experience as a Data Engineering Manager or in a similar role in technology or IT consulting.

Alternatively:

• No degree required.
• A minimum of nine (9) years of experience as a Data Engineering Manager or in a similar role in technology or IT consulting.

Experience Highlights:

• Seven (7) years of hands-on experience in data engineering, warehousing, publishing, and visualization across the entire data lifecycle.
• Six (6) years of expertise in defining ETL architecture and ETL process design.
• Six (6) years of successful end-to-end implementation of data warehousing analytics solutions on MS or Azure platforms.
• Two (2) years of experience leading technical teams of six or more consultants as a Technical Lead.
• Five (5) years of experience as a Project Lead for teams of 3-5 or more consultants.
• Five (5) years of proficiency in developing analytics reporting solutions using Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Two (2) years of hands-on experience with data ingestion tools, including but not limited to Cosmos, DB, Azure, IoT, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Five (5) years of expertise using DPM specific tooling, including Spark, Python, Databricks, Azure Synapse, SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, and/or Azure Data Factory (ADF).
